Visit one

What happens at your first visit

About an hour. You can ask us to stop at any step.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Check in

A short form with your name and contact details. Health forms are completed with your doctor in the room, not on this website.

  2. 02

    Step 2: A talk

Your doctor asks about your neck, your history and what you want from care.

  3. 03

    Step 3: The exam

A seated check of posture and head position, then hands-on checks of how the upper neck moves.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What we found

Your doctor explains the findings in plain words, says whether upper cervical care fits and answers your questions.

  5. 05

    Step 5: Your next step

You choose. You can book a second visit, ask for time to think or take the findings to your physician.

Bring

What to bring

  • Your photo ID

So the front desk can set up your record.

  • Your plan's card

If you plan to use insurance. If you do not, tell us and we give you a written estimate.

  • A list of providers

Your physician and anyone else treating your neck, so we can share findings if you allow it.

  • Your questions

Write them down. Your doctor answers every one before you decide anything.

Questions

Before you come

Will it hurt?

The exam and the adjustment use light, specific pressure. Some people feel sore for a day. Tell your doctor at any point if something is uncomfortable, and we stop.

Do I need x-rays?

Only when they are medically necessary. Your doctor tells you why before any imaging is taken, and you can decline it.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please call us as early as you can if you need to change a visit, so another patient can use the time. Ask the front desk about our cancellation policy.

Ready to book?

Tell us a good time to call and we will reach you.
