Care
Posture and home care
Guidance on how you sit, sleep and move, taught at your visit and written down so you can use it at home and at work.
Dr. Wang looks at your desk, your pillow and the way you carry your head through a day, then shows you small changes you can try. You get them on paper, and we look at them again at your next visit.
A visit includes
A look at how you sit, sleep and use your phone and screen
Small changes you can try, shown in the room

What to expect
What to expect
How long and how often
Guidance is part of your regular visits, and a visit of its own when you ask for one. Your doctor revisits it as things change. We do not promise a number of visits.
What we do not claim
Posture guidance is not a treatment for any disease or condition. We do not promise results, and results vary.
Before you book
If a movement brings on a sudden severe headache, dizziness, or new weakness or numbness, stop and see a physician first.
How it is paid
At the visit, with an itemized receipt. How fees work explains plans, self-pay and the Good Faith Estimate.
